My head is a QL5 rare attack rating

My major talismans are:
a QL6 rare HP with a QL4 uncommon glyph with crit rating and crit power rating
a QL5 rare HP with a QL4 uncommon glyph with hit rating and crit power rating
a QL5 rare called wrath with hit rating, penetration rating and attack rating

My minor talismans are:
a QL6 rare HP with a QL4 uncommon glyph with defence rating and physical protection
a QL6 uncommon HP and attack rating with a QL4 uncommon glyph hit rating and penetration rating
a QL6 rare called effigy attack rating with no gyph in slot

QL5 rare Shotgun
QL6 rare Chaos focus
QL5 rare claws
QL5 rare elemental focus (can't equip)
QL5 rare assault rifle
QL5 rare hammer
QL5 uncommon blade

I have alot more random talismans in my bags too and materials taking up like 70 out of my 100 slots

This is how I left the game at launch cause game was new and noone knew how to gear or build characters well so my stats are gear are kinda skrewed. So much HP but not much else and blue mountains hands me my *** on a silver platter.

I don't like kiting and I generally prefer melee dps dual weilding standing in one place unless I have to dodge out of abilities. I like claws but I also like shotguns but might be willing to go something else if I have to.

Help is appreciated :) step by step list of what I should do in decending order of importance for gear and build would be very much appreciated.
