The Secret World

hey, some of you know i am around for quite a bit, very few of you know me a bit better than being just that stubborn old **** who always wants all the nice relics in one place, best with lumie tag on them. but then, i was coincidental involved into a story i couldnt just shut up about. for those people same generation as i am, it might be a bit hard to understand, we had a lot of real life, like getting our butts kicked outside to play by our mums and dads, "be back at church bell, bathing, then watch bonanza on tv" and all that. These days young people have a lot of life online, their social networks are online, and i believe thats why stories like the one i am to tell you about can happen at all. so, some weeks ago, i felt a person who i play with being in a bad mood. that person (female) told me about being whispered by a special person all the time, and that person doesnt just understand a "no". some of you now might say "whats the problem, funcom gave us that wonderful ignore list" and i believe ist exactly what you would hear when you petition that, and it would work, as long as the strings that special person is pulling wouldnt reach out of the secret world. so there is that special person (i dont know if there are others as well even) focussing on female game starters, being a nice flirty person, running them thru dungeons (reminded me on the dudes at school with their cars and driving license, with interests on their candy bars for free rides) the shining powerful knight, getting nice stuff for them, and hey, doesnt he earn some facebook and nice pics for that, and maybe a special pic once i got you all the nice purples... and then in the next step, once there is a maybe more interesting starter, blackmail like in "hey, you better shut up, or no one ever plays this game with you again" or even "dont you remember that special pic you gave me, and i got your facebook.." you might say "own fault, how could they be so stupid" but hey, it was their prince charming, the shining Knight, who spent such a lot of time with them, and ist not about people being stupid, but about other people abusing. since i am not letting that special person getting away with stuff like that, i am getting a lot of whispers from strangers. former victims who made the same experience with that special person... some of you might get the idea who i am talking about. the reason why am i writing this post is, i want you to know about these stories. i want those who made experiences like that to know, that our community doesnt abandon them. dont give any power to that special person. talk to your friends about it. talk to me. and to you, special person. skirt hunting season is over. thank you, Sigma70
