AR/Blood NM DPS Build
I've always enjoyed running AR/Blood in this game, either as a leech. or as a DPS. But after Fire in the Hole was fixed, it's definitely lagged behind most DPS builds unless you were leeching.
I tried toying around with procs when they were fixed, but couldn't come up with anything good for dungeons. But, after seeing the Proccing Blade thread, this morning, I figured out what I was doing wrong -- using the wrong elite passive (Gross Anatomy) and an afflict.
So, it's gone through minimal testing (18s), but it did well, and better (Especailly on fights with a lot of movement) than my usual Ele/Blood build (That I stole from Kat's Guide), so I figured I'd share. It's probably not the best for super quick fights, because Safety Off still feels slower than an instant builder to me, though that very well could just be my perception.

The Build

Actives
Safety Off
Three Round Burst
Bloodshot
Exsanguinate
Cannibalise
Do or Die
Suppressing Fire (This is the utility slot, swap out as needed)
Scorched Earth (I use this to not increase EF with this build)
Passives
Thunderstruck
Elemental Force
Iron Maiden
Sudden Return
One in the Chamber
Healing Sparks (Could be swapped to Fortunate Strikes/Arterial Pulse/Something else)
Lethality (Bloodshot still does a lot of damage in this build, so I like having lethality)
Assiduous Burn (Auxiliary->Flamethrower, 50 AP)
Rotation
It's a very simple rotation:
First Rotation
Safety Off x 4
Do or Die + Kickbacks
Bloodshot x 2
Three Round Burst
Cannibilise
Exsanguinate
Scorched Earth
Second Rotation
Safety Off x 4
Bloodshot x 2
3RB
Exsanguinate
And that's it. Repeat and use Cannibalise, Do or Die, Kickbacks and Scorched Earth on cooldown.
I'll probably keep toying with a couple of the passives, because I assume there might be better ones, but I was quite pleased with it. So please take it, use it, enjoy (or hate it), and post any suggestions.
